In 2014 I graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy. Since then, I have worked in the NHS building a broad range of experience with clients aged 18-100+ who have a wide range of health conditions.

My main focus in recent years has been working with clients in their homes who have had a recent deterioration in mobility, strength, pain or range of movement due to injury, illness, hospital admission or because of a chronic condition.

I take an empathetic approach and feel passionate about motivating, educating and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals and to help them improve their quality of life. Examples of goals could be as simple as making a cup of tea, regaining confidence in movement, reducing falls at home or being able to walk to the shops again. I can also offer advice on walking aids and other possible equipment.

I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) which allows me to remain up to date with professional development and provide a high quality of care.  I am also registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
