Can I bring a guest?

Your guests are welcome to visit the gym with you. Please email or call us to book their visit.

You will be responsible for ensuring that your guest follows all our current safety procedures.

Will I have to do anything differently when I arrive at the gym?

Before attending you will need to be booked in for a class or gym floor session on the FitSense app.

Follow our SAFE ENTRY procedures:

  • Wear a face covering on entry, exit, whilst waiting in a studio for a class to begin and when you use the toilets
  • Scan your membership card or QR code on the FitSense app
  • Sanitise your hands
  • Bring essentials only as bags are not allowed
  • Keep your distance from others at all times



Will I need to book my gym sessions or can I just turn up?

All gym sessions must be pre-booked using our FitSense app. and cancelled if you can no longer attend. Access to the app will temporarily be removed if you fail to attend booked sessions.

Gym sessions are bookable in hourly slots. Up to 2 hours can be be booked per day as long as there is availability and our members are respectful of time.

On the App the gym floor sessions appear only as a time. Tap on the time and confirm your booking.  To check your bookings go to to ‘manage bookings’ and you will see your booked gym floor slots and classes listed.

Whilst in the gym sanitise all equipment touched, using the sanitiser provided.

Please leave by the end of your booked session in order for us to control numbers in the gym.

Only train in close proximity with one other person in your bubble.


How do I attend classes?

All classes can t be pre-booked 7 days in advance using our FitSense app. Please make sure you cancel your class if you can no longer attend. Access to the app will temporarily be removed if you fail to attend booked classes.

As class numbers are temporarily restricted, we ask that a maximum of 2 classes per day are booked.

To check your bookings go to to ‘manage bookings’ and you will see your booked classes.

Sanitiser will be provided for you to use on the equipment you have touched.

Please leave promptly when your class ends.


Will the pool, sauna, steam and sunbed be open?

The pool is now open and can be booked in hourly slots.

Unfortunately due to government advice the sauna, steam and sunbed will remain closed. We are keen to get these open as soon as possible and will review the guidelines regularly.

How will the gym floor be managed to ensure everyone follows the rules?

A member of our team will be present at all times on the gym floor carrying out regular cleaning of high touch points and making sure procedures are followed to keep everyone safe.

Has the gym floor space been changed to ensure social distancing is easy?

We have increased the gym floor space by 171sqm and all equipment has been spaced minimum of 2m apart.

This extra space has also allowed us to provide 6 functional training bays on the mezzanine for individuals and pairs to workout in safe zones.

Who is responsible for cleaning equipment I've used?

We provide sanitiser, cloths and paper towels for you to use on equipment you have touched.

Can I use the changing rooms as normal?

In the short term our showers and lockers will be out of use.

Controlled access to the toilets is available.

Please come changed and ready to go, leaving bags in your car as lockers are not available.

Bags and non essential personal belongings cannot be brought into the gym.

Will the water machines be in use?

Water machines are considered high risk and for now will remain out of use.

Please bring a full water bottle or two with you.
