6.30pm Mondays with Chris Wilder


for tfd members who would like to improve their running and would like to train as part of a group.  this is a small friendly, supportive group & everyone is welcome. 

  • meet at tfd (outside in dry weather) to start at 6.30pm

  • sessions will be a mix of fartlek, interval, speed & hills. social runs will also be included. this is great to improve your running performance whether you are looking to stick with 5km or increase your distance

  • please wear bright/reflective clothing all year and running lights in the darker months
