Fire up your Abs!
A hanging leg raise is a great exercise for working your whole core for amazing abs. There are a few steps to remember when performing this move:
It’s important to build yourself up to the hanging leg raise, you can do this by using the vertical bench or some people call it the chin and dip frame. This will help you to perform the move by supporting your back in the correct position and giving you more support to hold your weight by placing your elbows on the pads provided.
Alternatively, if you have already been doing this movement for a while and feel you can challenge yourself more you could try performing the move by holding a medicine ball in between yours legs. Also increasing the reps and sets will equally challenge you even more….give it a go on your next visit to the gym!
