Coronavirus Pandemic - Update on what we're doing...

Temporary closure due to Coronavirus Pandemic

Update 15th May 2020

Since the government’s enforced closure on 21st March, we have been working hard to make sure tfd will open at the earliest possible opportunity with full measures in place to ensure the safety and confidence of our team, members and guests.

With current information available to us, we are planning to open on 4th July.   However, we all understand this is subject to change depending on the effect the relaxing of lockdown has on our country.

We would like to say a huge ‘THANK YOU’ to our loyal members for bearing with us through this period. We are so proud of the tfd community spirit.

Given the extended period of time we’re facing for closure, which none of us could have predicted, we have taken the decision to ‘freeze’ ALL direct debit payments due from 21st May for two months.

This means if you were due to make a payment between 21st May and 20th July, these payments will NOT be collected.

We would like to reassure everyone who has continued to pay by direct debit that we will ensure you receive options to choose from, in your favour, after we’ve got back to opening our doors again.

Should the re-opening date change on instruction by the government, we will amend the end date of the freeze and will update this message.
