Our spacious nordic sauna & steam rooms located centrally between the two changing rooms offer every member the chance to relax after a hard days work on their own or with friends. the spa rooms provide the perfect end to your visit and leave you feeling invigorated and ready to face the world again.

the aurora vertical tanning booth offers the choice to those wishing to prepare for holidays or top up their tan. *we offer 3 & 6 minute sessions at £1 per minute.

*before using the tanning booth, a personal record card must be completed at reception to help us provide you with sensible advice according to your skin type and record useage. we do not promote over use of the tanning booth due to the obvious associated health risks.
