Lisa
owner of tfd & passionate about helping & encouraging tfd members to achieve their goals. Lisa has a history of personal achievements in sport and business and many years of hands on experience at instructor & personal trainer level. If you are looking for inspiration, need a kick start with your motivation catch up with Lisa or book a session in the diary at reception.
Steffi
at the age of 17, Steffi grabbed the opportunity with tfd to do gym instructor qualification with YMCA. Steffi has been gaining hands on experience at tfd with guidance from Lisa and Dave. Although Steffi continues to develop her skills & knowledge with more advanced fitness courses in 2008/9 she has already built up an impressive portfolio of members who have achieved their goals with her help & encouragement.

Sarah
as membership manager, Sarah manages all aspects of the membership administration & front of house activity. Hayley
following her work experience at tfd in 2007, Hayley now works part time as receptionist & gym assistant and is your evening & weekend support for class bookings & general enquiries regarding membership.

a highly experienced instructor at tfd and personally active in the gym himself, Dave has a keen interest in encouraging healthy balanced lifestyles to members of all ages. Dave uses his experience & knowledge to gauge each individual’s levels of ability to encourage motivation & get results.
Claire
passion, laughter & definitely lots of fun are the order of the day in Claire’s classes. Claire also brings a lively tone to the gym floor with her previous gym and other fitness experiences. Whether its weight loss, increasing your fitness level or improving your technique, motivation is seriously Claire’s forte.
Michelle
as membership advisor to all existing & new members, you will see Michelle at reception some mornings, evenings & weekends. Michelle is here to help answer all your general questions regarding membership, classes, bookings, gym appointments & anything else you need to know about tfd’s facilities & services. Having worked in the industry previously, michelle brings her professional experience to tfd as well as her personal experiences as a gym user.
